Tiffani Lynch receives sponsorship cheque from Burrowes partner, Karol Ashby
Burrowes, Chartered Accountants chose the occasion of the eve of the Barbados Independence Day weekend to give tangible support to a young Barbadian who has been flying the flag of her country with distinction on the international stage. Accompanied by her parents, Andrew Lynch and Joy Knight-Lynch, Tiffani Lynch was on hand at the accounting firm's offices to receive a sponsorship cheque ahead of her trip to her next competitive event, the World Dance Counsel Amateur League contest in Paris, France. Tiffani had already distinguished herself one year ago at the 2013 competition at Disneyland in Paris, having won gold in the under-16 solo Latin and solo ballroom categories.
Managing Partner of Burrowes, Chartered Accountants, Irving Burrowes stated that the firm was pleased to be able to render any support that it could to Tiffani and her parents. " When you have a young talented person like Tiffani flying the flag high and doing our country proud on the International stage, we all have an obligation to assist where we can". Noting that the cost of taking part in the competitions was significant hurdle, Tiffani thanked the firm for the sponsorship contribution and thanked her parents for their continued support. She promised to strive to keep making her country proud.
